To thank all the employees for their hard work, as well as to provide them with a relaxing setting, Armet Lianyungang organized a 9-day trip and covered all the cost. Regardless of whether the employees are temporary or on probation, China Armco is dedicating to treating them all the same way. Without affecting daily work, the employees were arranged into three groups and visited Zhejiang successively.

Led by group leaders, staff of Lianyungang subsidiary visited Wuzhen, one of the big four counties in Jiangnan; West Lake with its beautiful, romantic views; and Hangzhou paradise. During the trip, the harmonious atmosphere affected all the employees and further improved the communication between management and staff.

>Chairman Yao joined the trip and spent time with the staff. He had the dinner with the staff and listened to their thoughts.

The last group returned safely to Lianyungang on May 25, 2011, at which time the Zhejiang trip formally ended.

To enrich employees' spare time, improve their communication skills, and spread the organization's culture, Armet (Lianyungang) Renewable Resource's union launched a Spring Sports Interchange Activities for five days. The activities included jump rope, table tennis, badminton, and basketball. The top 3 winners of each game were offered great prizes. Everyone who participated won a memorial prize. The staff signed up for the activity enthusiastically and the games were competitive. With the support of the leaders of the company, active participation from all employees, and the coordination of the supporting department, Armet Lianyungang's 1st Spring Sports Interchange Activities finished off with cheers.

On March 14th, 2009, Henan Armet & Metawise joined a tree-planting event organized by Zhengzhou afforestation committee.

Arriving at the planting site, all the employees and their family members participated actively and enjoyed the event very much, under the lead of Chairman Kexuan Yao and Jinlei Zhang.

Through the hard work, the employees planted 24 trees in total. This event not only provided us an opportunity to fulfill the social responsibility by planting trees, but also to improve teamwork and spirit.
